Hello Fabulous
Many of your know, that Zinfinity is all about the happy. Whether it is in the jewellery you wear, the bags you carry or the creative workshop you attend, I’m about celebrating you and joy.
My ‘Fabulous’ campaign has been going for several years; this where I want everyone to celebrate themselves as the fabulous being that they are. I chose this word as it seemed to be a Onomatopoeia (a word that sounds like what it means.) Also it seem to be non age, non gender specific with no preconception. Fabulous is such a Fabulous word.
Despite my campaign, many people still struggle to see the fabulousness in themselves, they don’t celebrate all that makes them, them.
I see this a lot when I teach workshops and in networking meetings, people struggle to appreciate themselves and say positive things about them. I often informally support and advise micro businesses and when I ask them to say something fabulous about themselves, there is silence…….. ‘I can’t think of anything’ is often the answer. We can see all the juicy fabulousness in others but we just don’t seem to be able to see it in ourselves.
Of course, you may ask, why is feeling fabulous so important? Why don’t we just get on with things? I believe that self-belief and self-love is so very important. It makes us happier and more productive people, and happiness is contagious. We can’t help but to hold on to the bad things that people say and all the good seems to slip away, vaporising through our fingers. I want us all to shout about how fabulous we all are, to see all the good we see in others and place that positivity on ourselves as well.
