Don’t hold it in, take out fustration on the metal. The Metal Stamping workshop was a great way to have fun and release fustration. So cleansing!! There was some wonerful hammering to create charms, earrings, bracelts and rings. 
With a few simple tools I showed the class how to decorate metal discs with patterns and words. They also got to work with different metals to experice the various qualities of each.
