Hello Fabulous
Easter is hours away and chocolate is coming our way. At first we shove as much of that yummy chocolate in our mouths as possible but when the giddy yummyness fades and we gain our composure, we want to each chocolate bit by bit. So if you want a stylish way to carry your chocolate and not have it rolling around your pocket have a go at making my Easter Pocket Bag.

1) Cut out two egg shapes from felt. They can be the same colour or as big as you want. The bigger the bag the more chocolate you can fit in.

2) I you want to sow decoration on, do it now. If you don’t go straight to pinning the two pieces together so they don’t move.

3) Choose a cotton in the same pallet as the felt. If you choose a brighter or darker colour, the stitches will become a feature. I like to double up the cotton and tie a knot in the end.

4) Sow around your felt egg leaving a gap at the top so you can put your fingers in.

5) Cut two pieces of ribbon and sow them on the inside of the bag for handles.

6) Glue decorations on to the bag and leave to dry.

7) Fill with your chocolate. Make sure your chocolate is covered with foil or in a small sandwich bag to prevent fuzzy covered chocolate.

Happy Easter
