Hello Fabulous
Fathers Day is coming, but we still have plenty of time to get out creative juices flowing. Let’s celebrate and show the man in your life how super-dooper, fabulous, marvellous they are. Making something always means more, so how can we show our Dad’s, Daddy’s Pa’s, Papa’s, Da’s and Father Figures how much we Love them.
* What about making a certificate. What a great way to say well done. You can make your own or use this one that I have started off for you. You can print it and add more with your creativity. Fill in the blank line with why you think your Dad is so Fabulous and then decorate all around the page.
* Paint a stone. Take an old plain boring stone and paint it you make the perfect paperweight, doorstop or decoration.

Cover a table with old paper and lay out your paints. Acrylic works best but make sure you protect your cloths as this pain will stay.

Paint the stone white. This helps you see your drawing and makes the colours brighter.

Once you have your design start painting.

If you put the acrylic on thickly you can create a brilliant texture.

If you want it to shine, spray or paint it with vanish.

Glue a small piece felt in the bottom of the stone to finish the look and protect any tables.
* Do you have a picture of you both? Let’s make a frame for it. Print out the stencil below, cut out the heart and decorate it. Gue the heart on to card to make it stronger (such a cereal boxes or any scrap you have around). Glue your photo in the white rectangle. You can then pin it up on a cork board or you can put a magnet or Blue Tac on the back and put in on the fridge.
* You could made a drawing of your favourite day with your day. Something special you did together.
