Hello Fabulous
There are only 9 days left of 2019. We are all focussing on Christmas, the food, the presents and family togetherness. Straight after Christmas we are focusing on News Years, the fireworks, drinks, the parties. What about that little time in between?
Let’s use that lull, and play a little game. Write down all the things that have made toy happy this year. This can be done with others but try and take a little quiet time for yourself, sit, think and remember. Print out these cards and answer them. You can put them in a draw for when you feel low or as a serendipity of lovely memories or put them on your fridge or cork board as a daily reminder of happiness.
