Hello Fabulous
We are all living in some strange times so let’s have some fun with it. This blog can be useful for the young, adults, those who in a group, a pair or by themselves.
Game – I played this as a child and again when my friends and I were creatively stumped in the studio. I don’t know it’s name, I have never found it out, but it is silly fun. You can play as a child, adult or even by yourself.
1) Take a sheet of paper (I used A4 but the size of the paper depends on the size you want your final drawing to be.)
2) One person, draws a head on the top of the paper. This can be any sort of head, silly face, animal etc. Then fold the paper over so just the neck lines are showing (keep your drawing a secret).
3) Pass to the paper to the next person so they can draw a body. Fold paper over so just the waist line is showing and pass on. Do the same again for legs and shoes.
4) At the end, open all the folds and see your funny drawing.
If you are playing it by yourself, draw a part and hide it. When you come across it next, draw another part and so on.

Nap – This is a bit of a strange one but have an afternoon nap. They make you feel relaxed, refreshed, refocussed and a little decadent.

Dossiers – I don’t mean this in a big brother ‘I’m watching you’ sense. What I mean is to create documents with information about people that can help you. This still sounds really dark and sinister, I really don’t mean it to be. Create a page that says name, favourite colour, favourite flower, hobbies, birthday etc. You can do this for friends, family and clients. It helps inspire you when gift giving and helps provide the best service for clients so you don’t offer them a voucher on flowers when they have hayfever for example.
Improve – We can use this time to improve ourselves and our businesses. What about learning a language. Years ago I learned BSL (British Sign Language) and I’m ashamed to say I have not practised in a long time so will be refreshing. I will also be working on my Canva skills. Is there anything you wish you knew or wanted to improve a part of your businesses.
Take stock, what are you missing in your business or life. What can you improve and make things better?

Hand Washing Song – We are all sick of 2 rounds of ‘Happy Birthday To You.’ Make up your own song for the 20 seconds and share with us. I would love to hear yours.
The BIG To Do List – You know what this list is. The ever-growing never-ending list of things to do. It gets bigger the busier we become. So break out that list and start ticking off jobs.
Sort, Restructure and Make Pretty Labels – Take a look around your home / home office and see what you don’t like. What can be better? What irritates you (apart your family and flat mates) ? That bag of random papers, can you sort it, box it and make a nice label. I like to put a little creativity in any boring job, it makes it more palatable.
Take Some Time for YOU – No matter what is going on, it is important to take time for you. There is meditation, watch your favourite film or go to those books that you have bought and never read. Find your happy thing in your home.
Hope you have found this useful and at least made you smile.

Stay Fabulous
